General Conditions of Sale


You may only use the services of this site if you have first accepted the present contract.

The present General Conditions of Sale (hereafter “the Conditions”) apply to all purchases made via the Internet site http://store.inagrm.com, owned by INA, which reserves the right to modify them at any time. The applicable General Conditions of Sale are those in force on the date of acceptance of the Buyer’s order by INA.

The present conditions are concluded between Institut National de l’Audiovisuel, incorporated in France as an “établissement public de l’Etat à caractère industriel et commercial” (state-owned public industrial and commercial institution), whose registered office is located at 4, avenue de l’Europe - 94360 Bry-sur-Marne - France, inscribed on the commercial and corporate register of Créteil under the number B 302 421 193,  (hereafter “Ina”) and any natural person or corporate body wishing to make a purchase via the Internet site mentioned above (hereafter “the Buyer”).

Ina and the Buyer will hereafter be designated collectively as the “Parties”.

The Conditions are drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Articles L.111-1, L. 113-3 and L. 121-18 et seq. of the French Consumption Code and of Articles 1369-1, 1369-2 and 1369-4 of the French Civil Code.


The present conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relations between INA and the Buyer; and the conditions applicable to all purchases made via the Site, whether or not the Buyer is a professional consumer.

Any Internet user may read, record and print these Conditions via the store.inagrm.com website. As the services on the Site are likely to evolve, the present Conditions may be subject to modification.
Buyers are therefore requested to refer to the Conditions before using the services of the Site.

If, after removal of the Conditions from the site, the Conditions nonetheless remain accessible to the public via other Internet sites or by any other means, the Conditions will not be binding on Ina.
The Buyer is therefore requested to connect up directly to the Site to read the Conditions in force.
The date on which the Conditions were last updated is indicated at the head and foot of the document.

Acquisition of a product via the Site implies the unreserved acceptance by the Buyer of these Conditions.


Price and payment conditions

Prices are indicated in euros on the basis of the tariffs in force at the time the order is made. Ina reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

Purchases made from foreign countries in a currency other than the euro will be subject to the application by the bank of the exchange rates in force on the day the order is made.

Ina reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being however agreed that the price indicated in the catalogue on the day the order is made will be the only one applicable to the Buyer.


Acceptance of order

Each order is accepted by Ina, if the Buyer:

-fills in the identification form on which the Buyer indicates all his or her particulars, or his or her client number.

-validates his or her order after checking it;

-makes the payment in accordance with the conditions indicated.

Payment mode accepted

The whole payment is due immediately, as soon as the order is booked.

Payments for orders are made online using Visa, MasterCard and Carte Bleue (CB) cards.

The Buyer is redirected to the online payment supplier site to communicate his or her bank details.

The card is debited when the order is booked, before the download is actually made available.

The Buyer agrees that the communication of information relating to his or her bank card constitutes authorisation for the debiting of his or her bank account to the benefit of Ina, for the total amount of the invoice including all tax.

The Site uses a secure system complying with standards generally accepted by professional users.

A paper invoice indicating the applicable VAT rate will be sent to the Buyer at his or her request.



The Buyer may not hold Ina liable for any disappearance, loss, deterioration or technical damage affecting his or her computer equipment, unless it is proven that Ina committed an error in performing the service.

Ina can not in any case be held liable for any technical problems which are independent of its service, particularly in the event of a communication problem or non-availability of the site because of technical problems external to the Site, attributable to the computer equipment of the Buyer, or originating at the User’s Internet access provider or hosting supplier, or caused more generally by a case of “force majeure” in the sense of the case law of the Cour de Cassation (French Supreme Court of Appeal).

In this respect, it is pointed out that the ADSL pass band may be subject to slow operation, momentary interruptions or bit rate variations.

The service may be subject to momentary interruption of services in the event of maintenance operations, network failure or update.

Without prejudice to the secure system Ina strives to provide, the User accepts the constraints, limits and risks of the Internet network, particularly as regards the transmission of data via networks.


Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L121-20-2-1°of the French Consumption Code, Ina  does not grant any exchange, reimbursement or right of withdrawal relating to orders of downloaded products once the download service has been performed. The download service is considered to have been performed once the customer has transferred the authorization on his iLok key.

Intellectual property

Ownership of site

 All elements of the Site are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ina.

All reproduction, exploitation, broadcasting or use of elements of the site, whether such elements consist of text, software, visual content or audio content, are strictly prohibited and will give rise to legal action.


Ownership of products sold

Ina is the owner of all the copyrights relating to the products sold.


Confidentiality and personal data

 In order to process your order, Ina needs to collect personal data. Ina treats information relating to buyers with the greatest confidentiality, in accordance with the French laws of 6 January 1978 and 6 August 2004 relating to information technology and freedom.

The data entered by the Buyer, except for bank data, may be used to inform the Buyer of news about the Site. The data will not be used for the purpose of prospection by other commercial partners.

Information relating to the Buyer’s bank account remain confidential.

The Buyer has the right to access and correct data relating to himself or herself, in accordance with the French law of 6 January 1978. To do so, the Buyer needs only to make a request in writing to Ina at the postal address: Direction juridique de l’Ina, 4 avenue de l’Europe, 94366 Bry-sur-Marne, France.

 Applicable law – Settlement of disputes

The Conditions, and more generally the contract concluded between the Buyer and Ina, are governed by French law.

All disputes concerning the interpretation or performance of the present Conditions, and more generally the contract between the Buyer and Ina, will be settled by the French courts holding jurisdiction.

Except where specially agreed otherwise in writing, all orders signify as of right that the buyer must comply with our online sales conditions.
